Ingredients
- Small Cauliflower 1 head
- Red pepper 1
- Cucumber 1
- Avocado 1
- Nori sheets 2
- Orange 1
- Grape or Cherry Tomatoes 1 pint
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Coconut Aminos to taste
- Sriracha to taste

Rice the cauliflower in food processor

Chop red pepper, cucumber, avocado

Make orange sauce - juice the orange, then blend it with the tomatoes and red pepper flakes

Lightly steam the cauliflower in steamer basket (don't overdo it!)

Scoop cauliflower into bowls, top with chopped veggies and orange sauce, season with soy sauce/coconut aminos/sriracha to taste, garnish with nori sheets
