I used salt, pepper, herbs de provence, and oregano to season but this can be experimented with
Ingredients
- Tahini 1/4 cup
- Olive Oil 1/4 cup
- Water 1/4 cup
- Tamari 1/8 cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Ginger 1" freshly grated
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Herbs to taste
- Lemon 1 tablespoon

Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake or whisk until it's smooth.
