Spicy Magic Green Sauce

Honestly came out tasting extremely flavorful - particularly from the large amount of fresh herbs. Will only use 1 or 2 herbs next time instead of 3.

Ingredients

  • Avocado 1
  • Fresh basil leaves 1 cup
  • Fresh cilantro (cut off the stems) 1/2 cup
  • Fresh parsley (cut off the stems) 1/2 cup
  • Jalapeno 1/2
  • Scallions 2
  • Garlic cloves - minced 2
  • Tahini 1/4 cup
  • Lime juice from 1 lime
  • Champagne vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Salt a nice big dash
  • Pepper a nice big dash
  • Water 1/4 cup

Directions

    Put everything in the food processor and blend. If needed, add more water to thin it out. Adjust seasonings to taste - i.e. more salt, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, jalapeno, or whatever else you want to toss in there to get the flavor you want.
