We ended up adding a pomegranate walnut spread which was in our fridge. Toss salad and serve with bread.
Ingredients
- Arugula Few handfuls
- Strawberries 10-15
- Red Onion 1/2
- Green Onion 3
- Nuts A handful
- Olive Oil 1/3 cup
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tablespoons
- Stevia 8 drops
- Hemp Hearts Handful
- Coconut Oil 3 Tablespoons
- Cinnamon 5 dashes
- Cayenne Pepper Few dashes
- Maple Syrup Few tablespoons

Preheat oven to 350. Melt coconut oil. Chop the nuts and cover them in coconut oil, cinnamon, cayenne, and maple syrup. dice the red onion and chop the green onion. also chop the strawberries

Now oven is to 350 and nuts are coated - roast them for 8 minutes. Use parchment paper for god sake.

Once nuts are done roasted, put arugula in big bowl and put remaining salad ingredients in bowl. Top with dressing (olive oil, balsamin, stevia, salt, and whatever else sounds good!)
