Tofu Ricotta

Ingredients

  • Tofu 1 block
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Lemon 1
  • Nutritional Yeast 2 tablespoons
  • Miso paste 2 tablespoons
  • Spices of choice a few dashes

Directions

    Crumble up the tofu

    Roughly chop the garlic

  3. 3

    Juice the lemon

  4. 4

    Place everything in food processor and blend

  5. 5

    Adjust seasoning to taste
